German Pancakes + a New Kitchen
Yesterday (Saturday) was the first time I used the new kitchen. If you didn’t know already, some of our office and kitchen got flooded because of a broken pipe. Since that day we came home with a wet kitchen, we have not had a “normal” home. The flooding gave my family a chance to finally redo our kitchen. There has been construction in the kitchen for a few weeks now, and it is coming together SO beautifully. Most/almost all the cabinets are in, the granite is in, and our new appliances are in. There are still a few things to do, and than we’ll have a (hopefully) normal house again!
I was looking at recipes on Pinterest and decided to make German pancakes for breakfast. (RECIPE: HERE) My dad once got it for breakfast on a trip to Palm Springs and it was the coolest thing! It’s kind of like a tostada bowl except it’s a pancake. Hope you enjoy the pictures!
