Oxnard Vacation // Mandalay Bay
In mid June my family went to Oxnard for vacation. I ended junior year, my sister ended freshman year, and it was just a celebration of everything in one. We would relax by the beach, put our feet in the water, watch the sunset… It was beautiful. There is something about being by the beach that is so relaxing! I don’t know what it is, but I love it. We also escaped the overwhelming heat. Our town was in the hundreds and Oxnard was about 70 degrees. What a difference!
This is where we ate dinner our first night. It was so good! It also had a very pretty view. The boats and the water were so nice to watch as we were eating some falafels.
This is the view of the sunset when we went back to our hotel. I should also mention that this was the longest day of the year, and it was beautiful.
Last time we came here my siblings and I took a jumping picture. This time we did again but it wasn’t all four of us, and I didn’t like how the picture turned out so I went solo 😉

This pic is too cute!
That’s a wrap for the first night…
In the morning we would have breakfast and then go to the beach. We would make sand castles, dig each other in the sand till you can only see our heads, and get in the water.
The blue-eyed bunch… I’m saying that because it’s only my mom and I that have brown eyes in the family.
