The Grove // Summer 2016

I went with Sarah to The Grove and we had a great time listening to songs on the way there and shopping. On the way there we got stuck in traffic because there was a fire near the freeway. As we were passing the fire + the firefighters Sarah waved at them and then said “I love firefighters”. It was a funny moment that I caught on snapchat! 😂

When we actually got there we went to Barnes & Noble and Sarah got some books. We were planning on buying flowers at their Farmer’s Market, but we didn’t find them (we also didn’t hunt for them so they could have had them). For lunch I got a caesar salad wrap which was really tasty! I forgot what the place was called, but they specialized in juices and smoothies so yeah.

Sarah is the funniest person ever

We also went to the American Girl store and I reminisced the old days where I loved them. It’s still fun to walk around and see how much it’s changed. I had/still have Julie and one of those look-alike dolls. My favorite part was finding that they have a baking set for you and your doll. I thought it was pretty great and creative!

I was so excited when I found this issue of Darling magazine at Anthro! It has a lot of ladies that I know about and am so excited to sit down and read it! I also got the mug from Anthropologie and am in love with it!

I had a great day spending time in LA with Sarah! It’s always fun to shop with friends and just hang out and talk about life.

Fun Fact: I almost caught Pikachu this day on Pokemon Go and was disappointed when he just went away into thin air…
