Spring Break Beach Day // Malibu

You know when it’s spring break and all your friends are posting on all social media sites that they are at the beach, but you want to join them even though you’re not even close friends? Because same. Most of spring break went by and I didn’t go to the beach… until my dad said that he can take Sarah (my sister), Alix, and I. I was so excited to adventure and take snippets of our adventures! Friday morning, we picked up Alix and headed to Malibu, CA.

There was traffic on the way, but when we exited it was all clear. I love driving through tunnels. My dad even started honking the car, and it was kind of embarrassing, but also funny. We arrived at our destination and started off the day with Jack-in-the-box. Once we got our food, we took it to the Malibu pier and watched the surfers and rolling waves. I love those mornings when your still woozy from waking up, but the fresh air just feels so amazing (and you’re also at the BEACH). It’s one of my faves. This is Alix. We became friends sophomore year when we had yoga together! We had a clique going on. One day she said I live on so-and-so street, and I was like WHAT! I live like one street from your street. That’s when we found out we were secretly neighbors! It was so funny and random! Such a small world!
